RCN supplies are down in Africa

As the World Cashew Association has recently stated cashew exports from Vietnam will continue to decline sharply in the third quarter. Problem is that while raw cashew nuts are purchased at high prices, the export prices for cashew kernels have dropped sharply. The Vietnamese Cashew Association (Vinacas) had already advised smaller companies to only stock up with the bare essentials to prevent losses.
