MALATYA. Exports from Turkey continue to be excellent, both for dried apricots and apricot kernels. Export prices are falling slightly, but can vary depending on the seller.

Buyers are unsettled

Commodity prices on the Turkish dried apricot market have fallen slightly compared to last week, and export prices are now also declining. Market players state that prices can vary significantly depending on the supplier, which is causing confusion among buyers. In some cases, they are even demanding price reductions on contracts they have already concluded, as they are coming across offers that are in some cases significantly more favourable.
