MALATYA. The Turkish dried fruit market has meanwhile reached the point where traders want to profit from the panic due to the low availability of large apricots.

Traders want to make profits
Dried apricots, No. 2 are currently being offered between 3,000 USD/mt and 3,500 USD/mt. Traders who stocked up in due time before the rapid increase in commodity prices can still attract customers with lower prices. Many traders aim to further increase their prices during the course of the season.
