AYDIN. In Aydin, the weather has turned hot. Pollination is underway. Europe certainly tops the export chart for dried figs in Turkey.

In Aydin, the season has almost been completed and trading has come to a standstill as most facilities are closed with maintenance works underway for the new season. Only companies who still have small amounts to be processed are still operating. The market is now more focused on pollination, which started two weeks ago.
