AYDIN. Many suppliers in Turkey have withdrawn their offers from the market. It is only after Christmas and New Year that new prices will be announced.

Prices are expected to rise

The price trend in the dried fig market in Turkey is stable for now. Market players report that the farmers have sold their products, which is now giving the traders loads of room to speculate. It is reckoned that prices will rise in the weeks to come.
