NUR-SULTAN. The harvesting process in Kazakhstan is still running, so no precise information on the quality and quantity of the crop is yet known. Market players reckon that the farmgate prices will be higher than at the beginning of last season.

Offers for the new crop are still sparse on the Eastern European market and according to the farmers, this situation will not change for about two weeks. First the complete amount of flaxseed has to be harvested and stowed away in the warehouses or cleaned, then the goods will be offered on the market.
