Oilseeds up to date: Traders had a successful week

FRANKFURT. Daily monitoring of the oil seed sector, comparing today’s prices with the previous day’s prices.

According to some Indian sesame seed exporters the had the chance for some good business during the SIAL last week in Paris. The low crop prospects for this season mean, though, that after that they increased their export prices at the start of this week.

Chinese pumpkin seed kernel suppliers on the other hand weren’t as successful at the SIAL. After god domestic raw seeds demand had caused prices to go up in the past week, some traders adjusted their export prices downwards on Monday.
