FRANKFURT. Monitoring of the oilseed sector with day-to-day price comparisons.

The sesame seed tender from South Korea expected for the October crop is now scheduled to arrive in November after all, and a tender for a total of 7,000 mt is planned for delivery in the new year. As far as the local situation allows, this also gives some African countries the opportunity to participate.

Sesame seed trade between India and the EU remains difficult. Many exporters refrain from offering goods to EU customers, only some of them state that they can supply goods with EU-compliant ethylene oxide residues.
