GAZIANTEP. Market perceptions changed for pistachios in Turkey in June. Demand and the prospects for the 2026 crop are driving sentiments and prices.

Market turns more cautious

In June, the market psychology changed completely. While the focus was mainly on low stocks, supply tightness and strong demand in May, attention has now shifted towards the outlook for the 2026 crop with attention set on flowering success, irrigation availability along with fruit retention and kernel filling.
