... declined by 55% in January till October. Turkey shipped 3,060 mt of bitter and sweet apricot kernels worth USD 7.85 million on FOB basis overseas in this period. Average export prices ranged at USD 2.57/kg. Exports ranged much higher at 6,830 mt worth USD 14.55 million in the same period last year. Average export prices were much lower at USD 2.13/kg. A total of 8,120 mt of apricot kernels were shipped overseas last year. Average export prices totalled USD 2.21/kg and the export value USD 17.97 million.
