DALIAN. The Chinese New Year is coming up at the end of January. And the market is in busy preparation.

Many workers will be travelling to visit their families in rural areas, which only a few people will be working before the festivities start.

Considerable deviations
Especially small traders are trying to conduct sales before the holidays and will reduce prices further to raise purchasing incentives. Many of them have to repay their debts at the end of the year. As a result, there will be considerable price differences for exports of up to 190 USD/mt.
