DALIAN. Most Chinese traders are still on holiday – officially. Next week, market activity will pick up steam again. The first exporters are already now communicating their new prices.

The week-long holiday is barely over, and the Chinese pumpkin seed exporters have already started their bitter price war. Pumpkin seeds, Shine Skin, Grade A have for the first time since April 2017 fallen below the 2,000 USD mark, currently trading from 1.99 EUR/kg CFR Hamburg.
