Cumin

The devaluations on the Indian cumin market currently seem to know no end, and prices have fallen again by USD 15/mt compared to last week. The new crops in Turkey and Syria are putting pressure on prices in India, in addition to the relatively weak demand on the export market. At the end of June, China bought 100 containers of cumin in India, which caused the market to move a little – but this was short-lived.
