The cumin market is stable and good demand is supporting prices. China, the leading importer of Indian cumin, has cut back its imports for the time being due to the massive increase in Covid infections. Bangladesh and the Gulf states have also reduced their imports, according to experts, because their stocks are already filled up until the start of the Ramadan festival in April.
