Cumin

Indian cumin recorded a decline of around 5% last month. However, experts see this as a favourable buying opportunity, particularly with a planned holding period of three to four months. A significant upward trend is expected in the near future, as several factors are likely to boost the market. Demand from China, which has been subdued in recent months, is expected to pick up significantly from mid-April, leading to more intensive buying. At the same time, there is a decline in acreage, which, according to local estimates, is greater than official data sugges
