MANISA. Harvesting is in full swing. Yet, the TMO has left farmers in a difficult position. This is also impacting the pricing for the new raisin crop. Silver lining is that the export gap is closing.

Harvesting in full swing

Temperatures cooled down in Manisa last weekend. There were clouds but no rain. For this week, the Turkish meteorological institute has again forecasted rising temperatures at the beginning of the week and declines towards the end of the week with temperatures expected to range at 21-22C (70-72F) at night and at 32-37C at day.
