MANISA. The Turkish weather service is once again predicting an end to the late summer temperatures in Manisa. The market is characterised by low trading activity.

Little interest in Turkish sultanas

Despite forecasts to the contrary, temperatures in the Turkish province of Manisa remained late summer-like last week. It therefore remains to be seen whether the drop in temperature predicted again for this week will finally occur; by the end of the week, daytime temperatures are expected to fall to as low as 16°C.
