SOFIA/MOSCOW. Since the beginning of the year, sunflower seed exports from Russia have largely stagnated. The market's hope now lies in the new crop, the sowing of which will begin in a few weeks.

Kazakhstan refrains from export duty

Contrary to previous expectations, the Kazakh government will probably refrain from increasing the export duty on sunflower seeds.
