SOFIA. Continuing rains have furthered delayed sunflower seed sowing in Bulgaria. Although the growers would like to...

...start sowing, prospects are anything but encouraging as more rain has been forecast over the next ten days. Issue is that it is simply too wet for the growers to start sowing and everything will depend on the weather in the next few days.
