MADRID. The traders in Spain have again adjusted their prices this week. The offers for organic almonds are very much limited. Meanwhile, a surge in demand has been recorded in Germany.

Supplies of organic almonds are very much limited

While the spot market prices for organic almonds have risen again in Murcia and Albacete, the export prices are said to have peaked for the time being. Although many suppliers in Spain can no longer offer organic products, there still are quite a few enquiries. There are, however, still some isolated offers available. Natural, organic Valencia almonds, 12/14 mm, are currently trading at EUR per /kg EXW Spain. The prces for organic preparations, such as almond meal or diced almonds, range at EUR 10.85-11.50 per kg EXW
