Flaxseed: Supplies reach the million mt mark

Large supplies in Kazakhstan

Easy handling and low production costs render the oilseed attractive. According to the Kazakh statistics service, flaxseed accounts for almost half of the country's oilseed stocks. Together with the carry-over stocks, more than 1 million mt are currently available in Kazakhstan, 6% more than last year.
