ORDU. For buyers, it may be worth comparing the offers of different hazelnut traders, as they are calculating with greatly diverging margins.

 

A difference of 30 cents/kg
With the exception of the most common sizes (11-13 mm), hazelnut prices are showing an upwards trend in their origin. Preparations and hazelnut pastes are also affected by this development. However, the Turkish lira, which continues to be weak, can largely offset this trend in export prices. Nonetheless, some traders want to profit from this and have raised their prices.
