 Since the first 5 months of Iranian new year (22 March 2017), the 59 importers of Iranian pistachio were Yugoslavia, Jordan, Armenia, Argentina, Uzbekistan, Spain, Australia, Slovakia, South Africa, Afghanistan, Albania, Germany, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Ukraine, United States, Italy, Bahrain, Brazil, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Tunisia, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Syria, Republic of Korea, Republic of Moldova, China, Romania, Japan, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Iraq, Oman, Russian Federation, France, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Canada, Kuwait, Lebanon, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Egypt, Vietnam, the Netherlands, India, Hong Kong and Greece. 

The 61.16% of exported pistachio (11,613.637 MT) have been exported to only 7 countries which include Germany, Iraq, Kazakhstan, UAE, India, Spain and Russia. The record owner of Importing Iranian pistachio is Germany with 63.712 MT procurement from Iranian Traders. After the above-mentioned countries, the most importers of Iranian pistachio in order were Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, Jordan, Italy, and Qatar. 

Among the list of Iranian pistachio importers, Germany, Iraq, UAE, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Spain, Russia, Afghanistan, Turkey and Kuwait pay most for the Iranian pistachio and the most expensive pistachio types have been imported by Germany, Lebanon, Italy, Jordan, and UAE.

Based on available statistics, Germany not only is the record owner of weight and value of importing Iranian pistachio but also has bought the most expensive Iranian pistachios. In other words, Germany has paid an average of 13.11 USD for 1 Kg Iranian Pistachio. After that Lebanon with an average of 12.67 USD, Italy with an average of 11.94, Jordan with an average of 11.49 and UAE with an average of 10.74 USD are the buyers of most expensive pistachios of Iran while the average of exported pistachio price was 10.43 during the first 5 months of Iranian new year. Notable point is that Spain has bought the cheapest Iranian pistachio with an average of 7.97 USD.

Regarding the table of exported pistachio amounts, 3692.066 MT of pistachio kernels worth 60,146,328 USD has been exported to different countries. The fresh pistachio (not totally dried) had an exported amount of 15,166.054 MT worth 136,909,898 USD which mostly include Akbari and Ahmad-Aghai pistachios. The remained amount include other types of pistachio with 130 MT weight and worth 988,963 USD.
