Oilseeds update: Traders undercut each other

FRANKFURT. Monitoring of the oilseed sector with day-to-day price comparisons.

The prices for pumpkin kernels have declined rapidly in China. The market remains unimpressed by reports of a smaller acreage for shine skins and the prices on offer differ greatly depending on supplier. Very cheaper offers for good quality kernels are available in Inner Mongolia. Here pumpkin kernels  GWS, Grade A and GWS AA cost EUR 1.93 per kg and EUR 2.25 per kg CFR Hamburg repectively. The prices on offer for Shine Skins Grade A range at EUR 1.93 per kg and for Grade AA at EUR 2.83 per kg CFR Hamburg. In addition, subdued demand caused the prices foe sesame seeds to decline in Ind
