The article shows average statistical data for oilseed rape yield in the regions of Bulgaria and forecast prices for season 2017/2018

 The oilseed rape harvest is active in all areas of the country. According to operational data, on July 20 this year 57.66% of the areas are harvested, with the average yield for the country being 279 kg / DCA, informed the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry.

The harvest is the slowest in the regions of Pernik and Sofia-city, while in Vidin the harvest is going to end.
More than 80% are harvested areas with oilseed rape in Montana, Plovdiv, Ruse and Sliven.
   This year, due to unusual climatic conditions, more than 232,000 landfills have been registered in the country. The most there are in Sliven, Stara Zagora and Haskovo.

  In the table , we show the average yield of rapeseed in the five areas with the most sown areas in Bulgaria.During the period 01.01.17 to 20.07.17 the rape price on the Bulgarian market is characterized by relative stability.
