DALIAN. The new crop is increasingly arriving on the markets and both commodity and export prices have declined. Freight rates also continue to decrease, much to the delight of Chinese suppliers.

Speculators sell old crop

More and more new crop shine skins from Inner Mongolia and Northwest China are reaching the markets, although domestic demand is still somewhat sluggish due to the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrated last weekend.
