Sesame seeds: South Korea buys less than expected

NEW DELHI. In the Indian sesame market, there were some price corrections at the beginning of the week. At the same time, details regarding the new tender from South Korea were announced.

Only 9,000 metric tonnes

Suppliers who are interested can register for the tender participation until 19 March, bids will be accepted on 20 March. South Korea is planning to purchase a total of 9,000 metric tonnes of sesame seeds in the upcoming tender, 3,000 metric tonnes will be premium quality and 6,000 metric tonnes are of standard quality.
