CHICAGO. In the U.S., soybeans became noticeably firmer. It is alleged that Beijing does not impose import duties on certain amounts of US soybeans and US pork meat.

In the USA, the soybean complex continued to grow. Washington and Beijing seem to be getting a little closer on the withdrawal of punitive tariffs. In November, China's trade exports declined for the fourth time in a row and were 1.1% below last year's level; exports to the USA even dropped by 23%, which shows the impact of the imposed US tariffs.
