Export opportunities in Germany

Although warm spring weather is currently boosting demand for cream, this is not impacting butter as the Southern German Butter and Cheese Exchange in Kempten reports. Instead, it is rather the case that retail sales have normalised for table butter after a peak was witnessed in the run up to Easter.
