Low seasonal demand in Germany

Cold winter weather conditions may impact milk deliveries in northern Germany according to the most recent report issued by the South German Butter and Cheese Exchange in Kempten. Consumer demand for table butter is normal for the time of year with buyers showing little interest despite prices being low. Table butter quotations are firm at EUR 3.65-4.85/kg (USD 4.31-5.73/kg).
