Wheat: France buys Romanian wheat

The wheat market is very volatile. Strong upside is coming from the expected cold snap in the US Midwest and the developing spring drought in France, which could last beyond spring, experts said. US winter wheat field inventory was rated 53% good to excellent plants, unchanged from last week, but 4 percentage points below last year.
