No price recovery in sight

The chickpea market continues to face challenges as large stocks, new crops and weak demand are pushing prices down. Despite a 30% drop in sowing in Andhra Pradesh, overall production remains high, leading to a surplus; traders do not expect prices to recover anytime soon.
