NEW DELHI/OTTAWA. The prices of Indian chickpeas are currently stagnating and traders are trying to sell their old crop. In Canada, the market is remarkably calm.

Suppliers are currently trying to reduce their old stocks while the new crop reaches the markets and competes with cheaper imports.
