Dried apricots: Good start to the season

MALATYA. The Turkish dried apricot market has started the season successfully, with exports in the first two weeks exceeding last year's figure by 28%.

Varying price adjustments
In Turkey, growers have concluded the production of dried apricots and exporters are in the process of buying raw goods. Traders are taking various approaches to dealing with the currency decline. While some are applying the weaker lira price to export prices, others are continuing to maintain last week's prices.
