As in other parts of Turkey, the weather in Aydin has seen a significant rise in temperature this week, but this development is not yet a problem for the fig trees, despite concerns about a possible drought. The pollination phase has begun and market players are reckoning that the first reliable crop estimates could be available at the end of June.
