AYDIN. Growers in Aydin are concerned about the emergence of the black fig fly and are taking appropriate measures. Trading activity remains low.

Black fig fly harbours risks

Temperatures are expected to rise further in Aydin over the next few days, with temperatures climbing up to 39-45°C. No rainfall is currently reported. Meanwhile, pests are currently causing concern among market players, namely the black fig fly.
