Harvest finally finished

After about two months, the fig harvest in Aydin has finally come to an end, also at the higher altitudes. According to market players, growers had significantly more problems than in previous years during the harvesting and drying process, which had a negative impact on quality and yields. In some fig orchards, production is said to have dropped by 50%.
