Short break in Turkey

Although most companies are closed in Turkey this week as the country celebrates the Holiday of the Sacrifice, Eid al-Adha, and the Democracy and National Unity Day, many suppliers have decided to change their prices - much to the detriment of buyers in Europe. Issue is not only that the Turkish lira has depreciated in recent weeks but also that the euro has recently lost in value reaching near parity with the US dollar. On Tuesday, the euro also dipped to 17.369 against the Turkish lira.
