Hazelnuts: second count completed

ORDU. While the market for hazelnuts has been left in suspense after frost struck in April, the long-awaited second count has now been issued. Attention is turned to the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council Congress, which starts on Thursday. Ferrero and the TMO are also shaping dynamics.

Revised crop forecast

Initial assessments indicated that 15-30% of the crop were lost due to the frost events in April. Now the long-awaited second blossom and blossom to husk count has been completed, which paints a clearer picture in time for the INC Congress in Majorca.
