While the Black Sea Exporters Association was confident that this year’s crop would exceed 760,000 mt in March, the picture has now completely changed after the shrubs were exposed to snow and sub-zero temperatures. Waiting for the exact extent of the frost damages to be assessed the market is in full suspense.
