Macadamias: Australian crop larger than expected

CANBERRA/CAPE TOWN. Now that the harvest is almost complete, it is clear that the drought has caused less damage in Australia than initially expected. Crop estimates have been revised upwards significantly.

The quality is also convincing

As the Australian Macadamia Society (AMS) states in its current report, the Australian macadamia crop in 2020 will significantly exceed expectations. Back in July, estimates reached 36,500 mt of in-shell macadamias at 3.5% moisture, the current forecast is 42,000 mt.
