MADRID/SACRAMENTO. Lack of demand and bumper crops remain the two most decisive factors impacting prices in the almond market in the run up to Christmas.

Sales remain sluggish

Business remains subdued in the event and food service industry due to the pandemic. This situation has an adverse impact on demand for almonds, which normally peaks around this time of year.
