BEIJING. After the GWS market was initially spared the price increases experienced by the shine skin market, prices have now risen noticeably. The quality of the goods plays a decisive role.

Chinese New Year causes high demand

Prices in the shine skin market have stabilised and are now only subject to slight fluctuations. Raw material sales are progressing at a fast pace, so that market players reckon that a large part of the raw kernels will be sold within the next month. Speculative buying is also contributing significantly to this.
