During the day it gets up to 30°C, at night the temperatures drop to about 13°C. Rumour has it that this year's sultana production in Turkey is estimated at 250,000-300,000 mt. The farmers themselves, however, are not that optimistic and expect a much lower result due to the frost in spring.
