Chamber of Agriculture describes frost as a ‘disaster’

As expected, the frosty weather arrived in the Turkish province of Manisa last week. At the weekend, temperatures even dropped into the minus range and the local weather service even issued a short-term warning of avalanches at higher altitudes, as well as general ice and slippery conditions in the centre and east of the province.
