MANISA. Temperatures in Turkey are set to drop again in early May. Market players are cautious about optimistic crop forecasts. Exporters are lowering their prices.

Market players remain sceptical

Mild temperatures are expected in the Turkish province of Manisa during the coming days, with daytime highs of 16–24°C. Further rain showers are also expected towards the end of this week. At the start of May, however, night-time temperatures are set to drop again, with a slight risk of frost even being forecast for parts of Turkey. Manisa is unlikely to be affected by this, however.
