CHRUDIM. After the sowing for the Czech poppy seed crop 2021 already started with a delay of several weeks, the April weather is now again throwing a spanner in the works for the farmers.

Smaller sowing due to weather issues

Once again there are delays in sowing for this year's poppy seed crop in the Czech Republic due to cold temperatures and snow.
