MALATYA. The crop failure in Malatya has hit growers and producers hard, but buyers are now also facing difficult decisions. Exports have got off to a slow start in the new season.

The Turkish weather institute has again forecast high temperatures in Malatya for this week. They are expected to reach 36-38°C during the day and cool down to 18-21°C at night.
