BEIJING. There have been slight price increases on most Chinese dried bean markets in recent weeks, while prices for red kidney beans have remained stable. The shortage of goods continues, while buying interest is high.

After prices for Chinese black kidney beans had remained relatively stable in recent months, there has now been a noticeable upswing of USD 100/mt for both conventional and organic goods.
