Raw materials still too expensive

Thanks to favourable weather conditions, the fig harvest in the Turkish province of Aydin is continuing and the drying period has so far proceeded without incidents. An estimated 30% of the trees have already been harvested and the first dried fruit are already available on the market. However, these are being bought almost exclusively by domestic traders.
